4 patch squares are pretty simple to put together but can be used as is or cut and reassembled in many different ways for interesting patterns. Get 2 matching 4 patch blocks from your partner and try them out! For this swap make two identical 4 patch squares for one partner. When you sign up indicate below your choice of colors. One fabric can be solid if you want but no more than 1 solid to make them more interesting. Instructions: Find 2 different 5 inch fabric charms of 2 fabrics that look nice together. Your block will be made out of these 4 squares. Your final square should measure 9x9. This is important if you are going to put the squares together so they match.
