Description:

With @soyprincesa2 s blessings, I'll be hosting a version of her 'DIY Letter Writing Kit' for an international crowd. I've modified it a little from her original swap which is located here if you're interested in checking hers out as well! (You should if you're US based!)

For this swap, we'll be creating a letter writing kit for our swap partners. The theme would be up to you (cats, llamas, polka dots, rainbows, mermaids, etc), but try to curate/create a kit that your partner would like to receive. It should include:

  1. 2 lettersets. Each letterset should be an envelope and two sheets of letter writing paper (or 3 sheets if you're making them A5) that may be store bought or handmade by you.
  2. 2 store bought postcards.
  3. 1 blank store bought or handmade notecard. This should be one of those cards to say thank you or hello, or even not have greeting on it at all.
  4. 3 washi samples. These may be wrapped on a playing card and should be 18 inches each sample.
  5. 1 pen or writing marker.
  6. 1 more item of your choice. This could be a small embellishment pack, a pack of sticker flakes, a sticker sheet, address labels, small handmade envelopes for flat goodies, 1 meter of pretty string or ribbon. Anything as long as it matches the letter writing kit you have put together!
  7. Some sort of packaging to hold it all together! You can make or buy a small drawstring bag, use pretty plastic packaging, or even a handmade folder. Personally, I'm a big fan of the candy/party gift bags you can pick up at Daiso.

You should have a 4.9 minimum rating to participate in this swap, and have completed at least 10 type 2/3 swaps with no recent unexplained 3's or 1's. I reserve the right to ban people from this swap - not for personal reasons, but to ensure that this will be a smooth, fun experience for all involved.

I will be able to angel this swap only after you have contacted your swap partner and rated them appropriately. If you have any other questions, drop me a message or leave a comment below. In the meantime, happy swapping!
