Description:

You will have one partner & for this swap you will be making a Pocket Letter of THEIR favorite things. That means that you will need to go to their Profile & check out what they have down as some of their favorite things. These might include things like their favorite color, tea, hobbies, sports, animals, etc. Then you will be making ATCs of those things. If they list a favorite color you could incorporate it on your ATC as another thing they like. For example; their favorite color could be blue & they also have tea as a favorite thing; you could put a blue tea cup on the ATC. Be creative with the ATCs that you make. Definitely no sticker slapping on the ATCs. If someone has a hobby of fishing then make an ATC of someone fishing. Or a fishing pole with fish. Or a bear fishing. The list could go on & on.

The backs of your ATCs should be covered with either some nice scrapbook paper or colored card stock. Don't just leave them uncovered. You will be filling the back of the ATCs with goodies, too, so keep that in mind. The goodies do not necessarily have to be a favorite thing of your partner but it wouldn't hurt to look at their Profile to see if they like a certain/particular thing. It could be stickers, magnets, washi samples, a list of positive quotes, the list goes on. One pocket will need to have a letter/note of introduction. That would also be a good place to put your Swap Bot info -- your real name/Swap Bot name; name of the swap; where you are from; date you made your ATCs; etc.

Other details. I reserve the right to ban any swappers. The rate to join this swap will be 4.95 & above. I am sorry; no newbies allowed at this time. No unexplained 3s or 1s & especially no 3s or 1s in the last year. I will angel (I'll need time as these take me a bit to do) if need be only after every attempt has been made to contact your partner. Flakers will not be tolerated. I will check the swappers list before assigning partners and any questionable swapper will be removed . Also, due to postage increases this will be a USA only swap. Feel free to do an international swap if you'd like.

This is my first hosted swap so please be patient with me; I will try my best to make it a really good swap. If you have any questions about this swap please shoot me a message. I'll try my best to answer any questions you may have.

How many swaps must be completed not to be considered a newbie? I haven't done many, but I have done one with 20 partners.

Thanks for checking, SillyTilly42. Roughly about 20-25 swaps.

Just a few questions: I've been off swap-bot for awhile, so do I qualify for the swap or am I considered a"newbie" now? Second, is more of a clarification. The front of the card is done in our partner's favorite things, and the back is the envelope part? This is where we put items for them? Do we only make one ATC or multiple ones?

craftykathy1 Thanks for the questions=) I don't think you would be considered a newbie as you have history here. As far as filling the pockets; you would make an ATC for each pocket & there are nine pockets to fill. The back of the pocket would be covered in some nice scrap book paper or card stock. And the back of the pocket is where you put the goodies & your intro letter. Is that what you needed to know? If not, I'll contact you privately. Hope that helps!!
