I know so many friends who have Cricut's but never use them. There are so many things you can do with your Cricut--be it the basic Cricut Explore to the Cricut Maker, there's something anyone can make. This is a swap to break out your Cricut and DESIGN!!
For this swap you will choose a design to make. There are many free designs on cricut.com or design space. You can also make designs by downloading them from the internet (for those of you techy makers) and loading them into design space. The point is choose something to make. Try to get at least 2 layers in your project --Meaning you should have something layered on something else, be it a jewel stacked on paper, 2 papers glued together, vinyl in 2 colors, balsa wood and vinyl layered on each other, the sky is the limit, but just make sure your project has 2 things layered.
For this you can use paper, leather, vellum, fabric, vinyl, ect...whatever your medium is and that you're comfortable with.
You will have 3 partners. Check partners profiles, try to find something they may like and make it for them. This doesn't have to be a huge project, think a card, card candy, a favorite design they like...you get the idea.
As long as your project is made from the cricut machine, has 2 layers and is postmarked by due date, rate a 5. If it's extra special, give a heart.
I check profiles. If you are a newbie, welcome and make sure I can scroll to read your profile, the more you put down your likes and dislikes the easier it is to swap. 1's and 3's have to be older than a year. I will angel for anyone who doesn't receive after you give a 1 to your partner. Contact me first. I always want to try to resolve issues before a 1 is given.
Any questions, please ask!
