Description:
You will send your one partner at least 4 washi/deco tapes that have either polka dots or some other form of spots on it. Spots can be any shape like starts or ovals that mimics polka dots. Each sample should be at least 15 inches long. Feel free to put your ideas for themes of future tape swaps in the comments.
