SIE - Mail Art #1

You are more than welcome to join this swap if you have never done MailArt before!!

You can start here :) That's not to say you should not put effort in ;)

Get an envelope (handmade is ok!) and decorate with drawings, decotape, collage, stick on cut outs, embellishments, card stock, gelli prints, ribbon,..there are soo many ways to make mail art :)

Hint: when you're done, most of the envelope should be covered.

The theme this time is: HOME.

So: have something home related on your envelope. A quote, a sticker, a drawing of your reading chair, the word, a photo of your own garden, a poem,...

Your choice on what type of mail art: collage, stamping, paint, sewing, mixed media, ...

In the envelope include 7 bits and bobs (small paper surprises) for your partner.

Choose a variety, and think things such as stickers, doilies, card stock (at least 4x6), memosheets, decotape, envelopes, die cuts, washi tape samples, ribbon, labels, rub-ons, sticky notes, embellishments, smash supplies, collage items,...

One item can be handmade (Atc, embellishment, postcard, bookmark,..) Try to mix and match (not just 7 pages or just 7 memosheets...)!

This should be an inspiration for you partner when exploring! And all should be so lovely to use in next mail art rounds or for an atc!

Be sure to include a note at least with your swap-bot-name and swap info!! But maybe a few lines about your themed mail art? Kind words are always nice :)
