Description:

I did a swap like this with another group (Make an Envelope group) that was hosted by @fortannam , and it ended up only being her and I swapping, but we made THE CUTEST ENVELOPES! I'll post pics of what I received and what I sent later, so you get an idea.

Basically, you can hand or machine sew some fabric in the shape of an envelope. THAT'S IT!

The requirement of the previous swap was to line them, and my partner sewed in her lining, while I used iron on fusible web to include my lining. Also, the envelope must have a closure, ex..clasp, button, snap, eyelet, ribbon. And, as far as size goes, the envelope can be no smaller than 3"x5" and no larger than 5"x7".

If you'd like to embellish or decorate your envelope, feel free!

Since this is the first group swap, lets do just ONE envelope to ONE person. If there's enough interest, we can do more!

HERE's a tutorial of some guy making the cutest fabric envelope...will give you a basic idea (you tube has a few other cute ideas as well if you search "sewing fabric envelope"

Just realized it's International. Sorry I struggle with my small town post office not seeming to know how to do customs forms... besides for the extra cost.

I just finished mine - and am hoping this will be hosted another time as well. I just got going, and would like to do it all over again.
