This is an International Swap.

This swap is for one handmade 100% cotton dishcloth. It can either be knit or crochet. You will have one partner and will make one dish cloth. If you want to send along the pattern you used, please feel free to do so. (I love getting new patterns).... Let's use happy spring colors to welcome the approaching warm weather.

Do not wait for partners to be assigned. Choose any pattern and color (think Spring) of cotton yarn you would like and get started right away.

This is not an expensive swap to complete. Please do not use designer cotton yarns for this project. These dishcloths are meant to be useful and durable.

No swappers with less than a 4.8.

If you're a newbie and want to join you must have a fully completed profile. Have fun...Happy Spring (I know it is coming)!! P.S. I used the date to sent by of March 9 because that is my oldest son's 20th birthday... : )

I've already started my dishcloth!! :o) Maybe knitting with a nice spring-y color will make the weather warm up faster! :o)

I would be so happy if someone could tell me approximately how big a dishcloth is? I´ve this gorgeous, multicoloured, slightly thinner cottonyarn and I would like to use it for this swap but I need to know the finnished size. Thanks for your help!

My dishcloths are usually around 8". But I've seen smaller and I've seen larger. I personally think 8" is a nice size:)

Thank you, I think mine was a bit too small so I´ll give to my son and make another one, it was so fun knitting it!
