Hello again!! I took a much needed break and am back. I have a one rating to make up and hopefully I can make that right and be a part of the community again. I have reached out to my partner to make up the swap, she has not been back online for a couple of months, but I will correct the issue as soon as I can. July 8, 2024.

I really struggled with the death of my mom and then the pandemic, but I feel ready to ease back into swaps, I missed everyone.

My Mom passed away in October 2019 after a brief struggle with Lymphoma. I took some time off to heal, missed everyone and now feel ready to ease back into swapping.

Originally from Miami, Florida have settled in the Dallas, Texas area and LOVE it here!! I am married and have three grown children and 4 grandkids plus two bonus grandchildren.

I have just started joining tea swaps, my favorite teas are chamomile, green tea and flowery combinations. I love trying new teas though and will welcome all. I have no allergies.

I love bright, jewel tone colors, pink is my favorite. I like to swap recipe cards, stickers, postcards, knitting/crochet treasures, just about anything. In regards to Christmas cards for the Christmas card exchanges, I have no preference, I am fine with religious and non-religious.

I am just getting into some stamping and paper crafts, trying to branch out a little. I have also recently discovered adult coloring, I have colored a few postcards and find it to be very relaxing.

I love to knit and crochet. I am currently working on blankets for Project Linus and also some doggy/kitty blankets for the local animal shelter here in North Texas. I really like making Granny squares and dishcloths. I have also started making hats to donate to a local hospital here for premies as well as scarves for the homeless in Dallas. I love, love, love cotton yarn...any color or color combination. I don't think it is possible to have too much!!

I like to swap postcards and stickers as well. I love cute stickers, like bunny rabbits, owls, cupcakes, lady bugs, peace signs - not into Disney or Hello Kitty or anything like that. I can always use holiday stickers. I like any and all postcards, I am not picky at all.

Christmas is my favorite time of year, so anything Christmas related stickers, notecards, postcards, pencils, anything.....

I love to read. I read romance, mystery, suspense and I love FBI thrillers and paranormal fiction, love series on witches and magic. I've recently joined a local Book Club and have read books that I would not have ordinarily selected and so far I have loved them!! I've also joined Good Reads and love all the different book options I see on there.

Can always use cotton yarn, stickers, postcards, notecards, anything really. I love to receive knitting patterns for cute dishcloths, I am always looking for cute ones for my Monthly Dishcloth Swaps.

Project Linus blankets and blankys for my local animal shelter, Granny squares and dishcloths and baby hats to donate. This year I also plan on knitting scarfs and donating to whoever might need them.
