Hello everyone!

I'm thinking of starting some personal journaling but since I love to share journal and get inspired by how others doing it, I think it is much more fun to share it with some of you here. It is a tough swap but I put it type 1 because it doesn't require you to send out the swap by normal postage. All we have to do is take picture of each entry and email it to our partner or.. if you prefer, you can post in instagram or make video of flip through. As long as you pm or email the link to your partner. But please, make sure the picture is clear and readable. The good thing is, we got to keep the journal.

I found this nice page that shows some happy prompts that we can try. I think we all need some happiness in this tough time. Check out the page HERE So, for this swap, we will find a pretty book that close to our heart. You can buy one or make one. Or make pages, it is totally up to you. We will complete the 25 prompts in September. It doesn't have to be artistic since we all come from different skill level background. Make it fun and pretty by any method of journaling like writing, collage, washi tape, paint, drawing etc. Just express yourself and have fun.

So here the prompts I copy from the link:

  1. Come up with a one sentence happiness mantra you can say to yourself each morning
  2. Write about an act of kindness you witnessed today.
  3. Write your favorite memory.
  4. Write down 3 things you would tell your younger self.
  5. What did you love to do as a kid? Can you incorporate that in your life today?
  6. Write about an incident that went better than you thought it would.
  7. Write about something nice someone did for you
  8. 10 things you love about your spouse, brother, mother, sister, dad etc. (choose 1)
  9. Design a place of peace for yourself. Someplace you could go every day to take a few minutes to yourself.
  10. Write about something you are worried about. Break it down into things you can and can’t control, then list 3 actionable things you can do to help alleviate that worry.
  11. Write about something kind you did for yourself
  12. Did you do something recently that made you laugh at yourself?
  13. Who inspires you and why?
  14. What can you do to inspire others?
  15. Write about your favorite day of the year and why you love it.
  16. Do you have a happy dance? If you have a photo journal, pictures would be great.
  17. Is joy different than happiness?
  18. How do you pursue happiness each day?
  19. What are your favorite inspirational or happiness quotes?
  20. What is the biggest influence in the happiness in your life?
  21. Write instructions to a child on how to find happiness.
  22. What songs make you happy?
  23. Whats your favorite way to get out of a bad mood?
  24. Describe your perfect day, use all 5 senses in your description.
  25. What activity always seems to energize you?

Ok.. we will have 2 partners to share our journal and get inspired back. Let's get started and have fun journaling

Since this is electronic and won't be shipped anyway, would we be able to create the 'journal' digitally? Sort of digital bullet journal style?
