Ho-Ho-Holiday ATC SWAP

“OH the weather outside is frightful…”

If you live in the northern hemisphere the weather is drastically changing from fall to winter, some of us may even have snow already! The holiday season is quickly approaching, ‘tis the season to send mail to brighten someone’s day.

For this swap you will have one (1) partner and will mail out one (1) ATC card. Please include a short note with your swap ID & the swap name. The ATC card is senders choice but it MUST have some sort of Holiday Season theme:

• snow, snowflakes, snowmen

• evergreen/pine trees

• presents

• carols

• sledding

• winter attire (mittens, scarves, etc)

• gingerbread men or Christmas cookies

• seasonal beverage/mug (hot chocolate)

• wreaths & ornaments

• snowy climate animals (polar bears, reindeer, etc)

• etc.

PLEASE be respectful and DO NOT send anything religiously themed to your partner, UNLESS their profile clearly states that is okay. (no angels, baby in a manger, etc)

ALL ABOUT ATC CARDS

• MUST have a sturdy backing

• Should not be easily bendable, not easily damaged

• MUST be standard ATC size : 2 1/2 "x 3 1/2 "

• MUST be well thought out and executed, please send something you are proud of and something you would be happy to receive (not ripped, junky looking, scraps)

• MUST sign and date the back of your ATC (real name or swap ID is fine)

• MUST be mailed in a clear protective plastic sleeve or baggie for protection from the elements during shipping

• any medium you chose! (collage art, painting, origami, drawing, etc)

• PLEASE NO STICKER SLAPPING. Put effort into your ATC, quality is essential.

I will be checking everyone’s profile and I will remove anyone who I don’t believe is a good fit for the swap. Please have some mention about making & collecting ATC’s in your profile. No recent 1’s or unexplained 3’s.

Make sure to rate your partner and coordinator ASAP after receiving your ATC in the mail! Due to Covid please understand that shipping times are extended and that during the Holidays mail becomes a LOT slower. Please contact your partner (and me) if you do not receive an ATC card from this swap within a reasonable time (4-6 weeks from send date).
