Private Swap - 30 Days of Mindfulness

Hi Everyone,

I thought this would be a nice easy swap, one you can make over several days/weeks, and that won't cost the earth to send to eachother.

We'll all have one Swap Partner and Jan 31st is the last day to sign-up. We'll all have until the end of Feb to make and send our swap, but you can send it as soon as you like, it's entirely up to you. Also it is not for any particular month, so you can pick out your first day as soon as you receive your swap. YEY!

Swap Details: -

Create 30 Mindfulness Tasks/suggestions and write or stamp them onto little pieces of paper, then roll them up in to scrolls, or make mini envelopes and pop them inside: -

Here are some ideas for content: -

1. Poems
2. Tasks/suggestions
3. Quotes
4. Stories - personal or borrowed
5. Doodles
6. Recipes if small and sweet, he he

Then place these scrolls or env's into a Jar, Box or Drawstring Bag... it's up to you what you put them into depending on where you need to send your swap to; I thought a flat packed box that your partner can build, or a drawstring bag that the scrolls or env's can be put into once they arrive, would keep the mail flat and light.
