Description:

Made this a type 3 because some might prefer to create their card and gift while others may prefer to do store bought.

National Postal Worker Day is a holiday that falls on July 1st every year and is a day on which people are encouraged to show appreciation to their postal workers! (This doesn't have to be a mail carrier- some of us go IN to get stuff weighed and have a favorite postal clerk-- I sure do! I LOVE YOU, NICK!! lol

What are we gonna do?

We'll write a note of appreciation to our mail carrier or postal worker (store bought or handmade) and a goodie of some kind (your decision). What I am doing is a Note of appreciation and giving her a rose and attached to it a $5 gift card for Dunkin' Donuts (my regional coffee shop)

it only takes something small to say, "Thank you for all you do!" and to bring a smile to their face! Put it in your mail box or hand it to them if they are working inside the post office (however you prefer) on or before July 1st, 2021.

Once done - send your partner a picture (message on here or via email) of your little appreciation gift. Don't forget to message your partner once you are done :) No need to wait for partners to be assigned to get started.

This is so kind! Great idea!

PS- I marked this as a type 3 because people may wish to make a card for or prepare a package for their postal worker.
