Mini Art Journal with Prompts- US Only

In this swap, we will be creating a mini art journal (the size I am using is Approx.6.3'' x 3.4'', & is available here

You may use any notebook/journal that you wish to, but you need to fill ten pages total (it can be the front and back of pages). Please make the journal no smaller than 3 X 4". Larger is fine, but keep in mind, it will cost more for you to ship.

Here are the prompts (open to your interpretation), each page will receive a prompt:

2. Collage

3. Vintage

4. Tear

5. Pink

6. Quote

7. Favorite

8. Abstract

9. Doodle

10. Botanical

There is no wrong way to interpret these... You may mix it up: including some writing with art, etc- sender's choice! Just no sticker slapping or similar type of content (stickers/washi are fine, as long as that's not your entire page, put some effort into it). Please be sure to take your time and produce something that you would be honored to be the recipient of as well.

Please double up your pages in the journal before starting (glue 2 pages together) to provide a durable surface for each prompt.

Create your journal, package it to go, include enough postage (weigh or take to the PC!), send it out on time- or, if you are for some reason unable to do that: it is your responsibility to contact your partner, as well as myself, with the reasoning, when you think it will arrive, and keep both parties updated as well.

When you receive your partner's journal, please rate them fairly, and in a timely manner.

We can check out each other's interpretations also, if we scan our pages and post them on Instagram! Use the hashtag: #SBMAJ (Swap Bot Mini Art Journal) when posting your pics! To view all of the posts with that hashtag, simply search that hashtag in the search bar of Instagram. It will be fun to view other participant's art as well :)

Have fun! This is supposed to be a fun swap, giving you the opportunity to spill out your own creativity onto paper. The prompts are meant to give you a lil "push" so that you aren't staring at a blank page and concerned about what to put on it ;) There is a little over two weeks to work on it as well.

I will look over profiles before assigning partners, and ban where I feel is necessary. At least 10 type 3 swaps under your belt, a well filled out profile, & any thing derogatory will need a justified reasoning. A 4.99 rating is a minimum requirement.

If you do NOT receive a journal from your partner in a reasonable time frame following the send date & have contacted your partner to find out why/asked for a re-send, etc (without resolution), and you then proceeded to rate your partner with a "1": I will THEN angel this swap. I am hoping that nobody flakes, and we all participate in our community as responsible members, following through, as we commit to doing when we join any swap here.
