For this swap you will have ONE partner in which you will send ONE Flat Rate Priority Envelope filled with profile surprise for your partner. Pretty easy and straight forward. When USPS flat rate came out they had the slogan “if it fits it ships.” So I thought it would be fun to stuff a flat rate envelope (12.5X9.5 size) full as can be, with fun stuff for my partner. I&B do your thing!!
