AM: Stay Strange

What is it about your tastes, habits, or personality that makes you an aesthetic misfit? What styles that are considered “weird” draw your attention? Write your partner a letter describing your unique strangeness! Maybe you have a story about when someone first raised an eyebrow at your exciting thrift store find. Or maybe you were already an outcast because of your fashion or music choices in high school. Whatever your story, write a letter that is at least the equivalent of one side of an 8 X 11 inch sheet, written out longhand.

Then include one small, flat surprise, such as stickers, weird photos or paper scraps, interesting ribbon or fibers, thin metal filigrees, cool ephemera, an origami creation folded flat, use your imagination.

Then do something fun to the outside of the envelope! Use a cool font, doodle, paint it, anything at all. Nothing fancy is required. Sticker slapping is acceptable in this instance :)
