I just set up this thread in the group forum. PLEASE go check it out and let me know what you think!

This series will be similar to the Supernatural themed swaps we had in 2022. Swaps hosted by me will be writing/research based, but I'm hoping others will choose to host artistic or creative type swaps too. :)

This month's theme: Location of Cryptid

In the forum post, I linked a list from wikipedia. You do NOT have to use wikipedia or that list for the research for this swap! But if you need to find some ideas, it might be helpful.

Choose a cryptid from a location that you would like to visit or are curious about. This can be any country, any state. Think of the location and find a cryptid that is associated with that area. If you need to be general, that's ok, but try to keep it as close as possible.

Share your research with your partner in written form - typed or neatly handwritten - and aim for 2-3 paragraphs, if you can. I know some of these creatures are a bit hard to find much info about. You can include pictures or your own drawings if you would like, but it's not a requirement. Just share what you find. :) Be sure to list the location and the name of the cryptid!

Add the swap title and your SB user ID and send on time. :)

Questions? Comments? Please send me a PM. I do not see the comments left below.

This swap is International, but I'm willing to do US only, or offer this as an email based swap - just ask! :)

Check out the proposed list in the forum to think ahead of what you would like to write about, and please leave some suggestions as well!
