Description:

When you join this swap you must list in the comments section three preferences in the following categories:

  • Colour
  • Theme or style (e.g. polka dots, stripes, Japanese, vintage, cats, letters, numbers, doodles, etc.)
  • Fill (e.g. brads, ribbon, buttons, eyelets, charms etc.)

When partners are assigned, you must decorate and fill a 32ct (or equivalent) matchbox to include at least one of your partner's choices in each category. Aim to include as many of your partner's choices as possible!

For example, if I list

  • red, orange, yellow
  • polka dots, stripes, the letter S
  • eyelets, brads, buttons

...my partner might make a red polka dot matchbox filled with eyelets. Better still, a red and yellow striped matchbox with polka dotted brads and orange buttons. Or even better, a red, orange and yellow half-polka dot, half-striped matchbox with the letter S emblazoned on it, filled with red, orange and yellow eyelets brads and buttons. Get the picture?

This swap is by invitation only, but if we know each other and I haven't invited you and you want in, please PM me for the password!

If you sign up for this swap, you need to send on time (or communicate with your partner before the deadline if something comes up), and rate your partner fairly as soon as possible after receiving your goodies. Please don't let each other down, like the inflatable boy.
