Description:
Make an ATC using Washi tape as part of it. It can be part of the background, or the focal point. How can it be made as a focal point? Put it on card stock and use a die-cut to cut out images, or use large Washi and cut it into something. YouTube can help with ideas: Here's one Here's another one that reminds me of the swaps that @derakisu used to host - here's one I joined in 2020. Image is the ATC I made for her swap. I didn't draw the girl - I found her and then put the Washi over her and cut it out.
