Can you please provide details about the ATC thing? I think it stands for Artist Trading Card, but have no idea about them other than that. Size? material??? Thanks

Will anyone be terrible upset if I send a slightly old picture? I'm out of printer ink and can't afford to buy new ink cartridges. I also don't know anyone with a color printer.
