Pooh! I love postcard swaps but I am passing this one by as all these requests for unwritten in envelopes doesn't appeal to me. I love getting postcards in the mail, naked with interesting tales on the back. I don't know how many times I have looked at this swap but still, too many restrictions by members already signed up. So, for all those already signed up....ENJOY!

Whoever my partner will be, I'll send your postcard stamped and written. There's a big price difference with sending a postcard naked and in an envelope.

I agree with zanylady. If you want a postcard that's not written on, go out and buy one. Surely the point of swapbot posties is that they have a nice message on and possibly even a stamp!

the reason we like our postcards unwritten on is so ifwe dont like it, we can trade it withsoemone else filpot. Were NOT the only ones on here that does that too.

Ruthshi, you stated in your own swap that is your partners choce as to how they want their postcard!! It may be alittle more to mail it, but it cant be that much. Here its 28 cents to mail a pc, & 44 cetns to mail in an eneive. If yo uwant your partner happy, I would do as your partnerr wants, or risk a bad rating, becuase your not following you OWN swap guidlines.

Err... it sounds like a bit of drama over a simple postcard swap. I'm sorry but I'm going to Unwatch & back out.

As suggested above, it may be best to avoid this in the future by clearly outlining the guidelines instead of leaving it up for interpretation.

I really like map cards. I like them naked with a note. It is so nice to read over and remember the messages from people so far away in other places. I also like cards with night time scenes and also flowers and lighthouses and beaches. Anything, actually!

I've seen in charity/thrift shops, written & stamped postcards for sale. Mainly those used for competitions (answers on a postcard please)

I decided to join since the phrase "check your partner's choice" was taken out. Since that is no longer included in the wording nobody can rate down if something is sent to them naked when they wanted it in an envie.

STOP judging people panykattack! We are intiled to how we like our pcs, just as you are intiled to how you like yours, yet, you still feel the need to critize those like us, on how we perfer our pcs. Since your such a big christian like you claim, people with glass houses, SHOULDNT throw stones! Why do people like you care how we like our pcs, & swaps? We can still ask, it dosnt hurt to ask. Everyone else does, its just you decided to pick me out of the crowd! You havnt been on here that long, you may have some people fooled, but not everyone! We have good rating too, but I'll not have fools judge me what DONT know a thing about me!!! I was raised by a preacher man, I probably know more about being a true christain then you do, but you continue to judge those you dont know!

I would prefer written and stamped card. Just makes things more personal.

Wow @BBQ - I am just now seeing this comment. I am NOT judging people for wanting their cards a certain way. I have no problem with people asking. My problem is with people rating DOWN for receiving their cards naked when they requested or vice versa in a sender's choice swap. My comment above was not directed specifically at you so I was in no way 'picking you out of a crowd.' And I think it's a very low blow to attack someone's beliefs or strength in them.

Seemed clear to me. And you must be referring to some other situation @BBQ She didn't single you out here at ALL as far as I can tell.
