Hey everyone! This is my very first time hosting a swap. I have only been on this site for a short time, but I thought this could be a cute, fun, and simple swap to complete. If this has been done before or if someone has already claimed this type of swap, please tell me. I can always delete it if it's already been taken. The main idea is to draw a picture of your favorite animal. You do not have to be an artist at all and if you have a child that would like to participate that would be fine as well. Please no stick-figures though. With your picture please include a note/letter about why this is your favorite animal. This next part is optional, but I think it would be nice to make this a little educational as well: if you wish you can do a little research on your animal and include some information about it in your note/letter. For example: Where did this animal originate? If it's domesticated, who were the first people to have it as a pet? Are they an endangered species? Etc. Just simple things that you can find out easily. You can use whatever you like to draw your picture: crayons, colored pencils, paint, glitter glue, whatever you have around the house. You can draw your animal anyway you'd like, it does not have to be a drawing of it just sitting there or whatever. It is completely up to you. I am going to allow anyone to join this swap. Newbies are included in that, especially since I am still one as well. I will be checking out profiles though. Please do not join if you cannot commit since I will not be able to angel. If you have any suggestions on how to improve this swap or anything; feel free to message me. Happy swapping to all who join! |
