Description:

No matter what you call them everybody loves cookies! For this swap you will send 2 packets of sweet cookies to a total of 200g (7oz) to your partner.

Be aware of packaging, a simple flat pack envelope might result in smashed cookies for your partner. Try to send something local that is a favourite of yours, this swap is about expanding tastes. Do check your partner's profile for allergies prior to sending.

This swap is going to have a short sign up date and quick turnaround as it's a pretty easy one.

All cookies MUST be store bought and in their original wrapping. No cookies are to be sent that are not in an original sealed wrapping, and nothing home baked.

  • Minimum rating 4.9
  • Newbies welcome with a well filled out profile
  • This swap is international, be prepared to package well
  • No recent 3's
  • No recent 1's
  • 2 packets of cookies, weighing a total of 200g (7oz)
  • Check the ingredients, countries like Australia will not allow products with more than 10% egg/dairy in them.
  • No flakers, if you flake you will be reported and permanently banned from my swaps.
  • I will Angel this swap, but hope that it isn't necessary.

Happy Swapping!

Wow - don't think I've seen packets of biscuits that small except in cafes where they cost a lot for what they are

happysaz133 09/ 5/2010 #

4 days I think is too short a turnaround for me :( I can only get to the post office once a week, so I'd likely be late in sending. Guess I'll have to make my own swap like this at some point!

nyssa 09/ 5/2010 #

@Sally really? Where do you live? I'm in Australia and I actually checked before starting the swap, and yes there are a lot of cookie packets that are bigger but I found plenty that were small just at the grocery store.

nyssa 09/ 6/2010 #

So the mail by date of the 14th was an accident :) It was supposed to be the 17th because I often only visit the post office once a week as well.

happysaz133 09/ 6/2010 #

Well thats OK, guess I can join!

happysaz133 09/ 6/2010 #

Hopefully I won't have to send to you again Nyssa :) Not that I mind, but you wil be bored of me if you get a third package from me!

happysaz133 09/ 6/2010 #

Is it OK if my packets make up to 200g? I too can't find 100g packets, but can find 50g ones and 150g ones.

nyssa 09/ 7/2010 #

Yup, so long as your packets however many it ends up being equals 200g you're good to go. I said two so that people would get a selection.

happysaz133 09/11/2010 #

Well there's a surprise :) I'm sending another package to you Nyssa it seems!

nyssa 09/12/2010 #

I know! I've emailed the site Admin because it seems unfair to you that you've got me in swaps three times now. I'm wondering if somethings buggy maybe?

happysaz133 09/12/2010 #

I don't mind sending you packages, honestly Nysssa, its just chance I guess. I just don't want you getting bored of my swaps! That last comment sounded really sarcastic, reading it back, it wasn't meant to be. I'm just packaging up your goodies now :)

Gosh, I just sent off my cookies today, and it took 5 or 6 packets to make up 200+ g of cookies..at least my partner will get 4-6 cookies from each packet, of 5 or 6 different varieties..so she will get to taste A LOT of cookies!
