Color My Rainbow – Green (About 5x7) tip In Page

1 Partner 1 Page

Primary Color will be Green

Create a 5x7 art journal page that can be added to an existing journal. Any artistic medium is allowed for this swap; Collages, Inks, Paints (Acrylics, Watercolors, etc). Except digital. (I just prefer not to receive one) You may use stickers, but only as an added touch.

You will have 1 partner. You will only need to complete one side as many people glue them onto another page. Sign the front as you would any piece of artwork you are proud of. Make a small tag with your information on it to be included with the page (can be attached or separate).

When you receive a tip-in page, you open your book and cut 2 pages out of it about ½ to ¾ inches from the gutter. Then you glue the inside of each page, slide your tip-in page into the space that has the glue and sandwich it in between. Now you have a new page to your altered book! These are a great way to share end enjoy another's work without the risk of sending your whole book through the mail as you would do in a round robin."

Green The merging of yellow and blue brings about the lovely shade of green. This color is located exactly at the midpoint of the color balance, that is between red and violet on the color spectrum. Green stands for growth, expansion, health, abundance, balance, fertility, sympathy and harmony. This cool, refreshing color is a symbol of spring and renewal of life. Those who recycle are said to be the ones living green. The human eye is capable of recognizing more variation in the color green than in any other color. Though this color is associated with spring, this color has another aspect to it. Green is also the color of envy
