This is Rita, my new Jack Russell, can you believe someone abandoned that face?

Don’t know what’s going on with postal system- last year I had more than a few I had to resend. This year, I had a card returned for .46 in state, & not overweight or too thick. Today I received a card again, not overweight or thick. Another.46 to receive it. I’ve also sent an international postcard 3x & still hasn’t received :(

I really like receiving postcards without plastic wrapping. I like the stamps & marks on the card, otherwise it seems more like a journal page without the stamps

Rethink Waste: Reduce, Reuse, Repurpose, Recycle. Reuse packing materials & pass on things I can’t use.

My name is Sandra, married 32 years, and live in Ohio.

Married my husband after dating 8 weeks. He has 5 children & I have 2. We have 18 grandchildren & 14 great children.

Retired after working since I was 16. I’ve done factory, retail, customer service & last was medical billing.

Comment: So stinkin' adorable, Sandra! I can't tell if the texture on the ice is folded paper, or some sort of magical substance you used to create that texture...either way, it's very effective. I hope you've recovered from your hardware removal process. Yes, I have heard of this, but it was done on my foot. I was "lucky" enough to have a screw work itself out of my foot, leading to something on the side of my big toe that looked like a big wart or something. Yes, the screw was removed, and my foot was deemed to be fine without it. Why oh why do some of us end up with situations requiring surgeries and hardware, while some people never have to have them at all...just lucky, I guess. Imagine me curtsying (in reality, I can't manage a good curtsy, but this is imagining and not reality) to show my gratitude for your awesome swaps and lovely letters.
Response: Just got my staples out, came home to find one of my swaps returned for .46 sent instate… at least it was sent back & not lost- so many lost this year. You’ve had as much trouble with your foot as I’ve had with back. Thank you for another sweet review & heart
