June 30th is the anniversary of the Caldecott Medal, arguably the most prestigious award for illustration in children's literature and certainly one that is credited with bringing increased attention and talent to the world of children's literature.

To celebrate, send your partners one professionally printed postcard featuring an illustration from a children's book. It can be any children's book illustration from any era or any country, as long as the card is professionally printed.
