Hey there.
[ Update, May 2023 ]
I“m moving on 30th. All my mail will be forwarded for a year. Swaps should reach me fine - last time it did so (that was 7 years ago). This time, my 77-years old mother will move in with me. She can“t live alone in middle of forest anymore (although she still got quite sharp mind), so therefore we thought to make this "leap". I have been living alone for almost 20 years (same as she), and I have had visitors very rarely. She has lived with me several weeks now, kinda "a test" (hospital did not sent her home alone). She can“t read English, but I do show her sometimes pretty mail I receive (or send) =)
I might be offline for a few days due moving, but I will get online ASAP.
I have loved snail mail since I was a little girl (36 years old now). My mother wanted me have some fairly cheap hobby so we searched me penpals when I was around 7 years old and barely was able to write anything. I never stopped, tho I had some years I had just one penpal to write with.
I am also swapping decos, FBs, slams, bags and such. I used to swap them in my teens and then took a loooong break.
I“m laid-back penpal, so outside organised swaps, it might take me some time to reply - I see snail mail as an awesome and dear hobby, not something you need to get done with or perform fast.
Beside letters and snail mail, I love my cats, knitting, watching Netflix & Twitch, quiet lifestyle, and videogames. Animals in general mean a lot to me; we used to have dogs, mice, rats, fish, hamsters during my childhood. I“m just too lazy to have a dog on my own, haha!
My favorite colors are black, and green.
I“m not native English speaker, so I make mistakes. A lot. Please do not mind too much of that.
I send mail out by Air Mail and Economy - most my private swaps I sent by Economy these days, some organised ones as well. Please feel free to contact me if you have any problems; I believe solving them by communicating. I will re-send, of course.
I“m introverted geek. A loner, but I do feel loneliness sometimes. For me, snail mail and books are ways to feel less alone in the world.
Here is some inspiration for the swaps/postcards (not demands, just ideas - I“m far from picky and I“m very easy to please!)
" In a world where you can be anything, be kind. "
Lord of the Rings by Tolkien, Discworld novels by Terry Pratchett, Mercy Thompson novels by Patricia Briggs, Neil Gaiman, Dark Hunter novels by Sherrilyn Kenyon and so on. Sci-fi/fantasy/paranormal romance mostly.
Doctor Who, Supernatural, Stranger things, After Life, Buffy, Torchwood.
Nightwish, Gaming OSTs (Hellsinger, Mass Effect, Dragon Age etc), Battle Beast, Haloo Helsinki, Sonata Arctica. Most of my favorites are from my teenage years, it seems...
Decos, knitting, slams, Fbs, label bags, sewing, cardmaking.
I have a fear that I“m not creative or talented enough, tho. That is one reason why getting back to swapping was a bit scary as I used to stress it too much and lost the enjoyment in it.
Now I“m older and worry slightly less about such things.
I do not really have many dislikes, really. Not when it comes to receiving mail at least. So, I could say I dislike making dislike lists as I rather focus to things I really, really like. I“m more "and" than "or" person as well.
Otherwise things I dislike are:

Thank you for sending me bags! =) I worked it out with my partner and she sent me something comparable, so I rated fairly. I appreciate you going above and beyond to ensure I received some bags!
Thanks for swapping! :)
Thanks for swapping! The postcards ought to be fun to receive !!
