Hello everyone:) I am a 22 year old graduate student from Japan.I was born and raised in Japan but also lived in the US during my childhood so I am bilingual in Japanese and English.
I live in Fukushima prefecture which is in the Tohoku region to attend college. We have a lot of snow and the postal service takes time at these time of the season. Some PC and letters takes 1 week to deliver, but most of the items that I send out takes 2.5~4 weeks.
I am interested in exchanging letters with people all over the world, and receive some goodies like magnets, keychains, or pamphlet that represents your country or city that you live in:)
I enjoy crafting, drawing, postcard swap, and snail mail. I like to decorate my envelopes and letter paper with cute stickers and masking tapes. I also do some doodling of anime characters and mandala designs. I enjoy reading/writing long letters so if you want to write to me write as much as you want!
Receiving reccomendation for books and other things listed above is welcome:)
In Japan, it is common to drink tea every day. So I prefer low-caffeine tea, but I like to drink normal tea as well on occasions. In general, I like teas with a strong scent and dark color.
I can send regional postcard called Gotouchi Postcard("ã”当地フォルムカード"). I have normal sized postcards with a photo of famous places in Japan too:)
I don't have any allergies so feel free to send me anything:)
I can send normal chocolate, gummies, gums, chips, and candies that can be bought anywhere in Japan. And also something special from where I live.
