I am new to swap-bot after discovering it on the postcrossing forum. I would love to get some 'real' mail and enjoying "meeting" people from all over the world!

I studied biology in college and I absolutely love animals and nature. I love hiking, visiting zoos, aquariums and museums and playing with my pets.

I really enjoy baking too! Brownies and cookies are my favorite things to make and lately I've been trying to make yeast bread besides my old stand by no-knead recipe. I've been successful in making lovely bread scented bricks and that's about it :) I am also trying to cook more and like trying different spices and mixes.

When I have free time I enjoy a variety of crafts. Cross stitch is my favorite, but I also crochet, sew, and bead. I'd love to try scrapbooking!

I also enjoy reading, movies, video games and spending time with my family and friends.

I work two jobs, I am an animal care technician at the local animal shelter and I also work at a wildlife hospital and education center. I love what I do and feel so lucky to get to work with animals!

I have an awesome dog named Molly, who we recently discovered was a tri-color Basenji. When we adopted her (on Valentine's Day) the shelter just guessed she was a terrier mix! She has a lot of energy and loves to chew things. She enjoys almost daily trips to the dog park where she plays with all the dogs, especially her puggle wrestling buddy! She is very spoiled and loves her KONG toys the best!

I also have two ferrets, named Badger and Possum. They are playful and love chasing each other! They adore their hammocks and anything with feathers on it!
