About Me

I'm not great at writing profiles :/ I'm a 44 year old British woman and live in the UK. I grew up in Portugal and started penpalling when I was 15 years old...I've been doing it ever since :)

It's through penpalling that I first started swapping and collecting things. Today I still love collecting stamps and bookmarks and I also like swapping postcards.

My hobbies include swimming, hiking, listening to music, cooking, movies, shopping, travel, languages and I love spending time with my family. My taste in music is varied...at the moment I'm listening to a lot of Lauren Spencer Smith, Taylor Swift, Cat Burns, Florence and the Machine and The London Grammar.

As for movies, I mainly enjoy comedies but also like the occasional thriller or action movie.

I love, love, love reading!! My favourite genres are fantasy...Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, The Farseer series etc. I also have a passion for young adult fiction, especially any with a dystopian theme.
