About Me

I am an American but move about every 2 years. I have lived in OH (born & raised), Texas, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Australia, Texas, France and currently British Columbia. So I LOVE to travel. I also love scrapbooking and anything paper crafty. I LOVE animals. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. I love to hike and do anything outdoorsy. I am currently on a dragon boat team. I don't have any children but 3 nieces and 5 nephews.

FAVORITE BOOKS I read every night. My husband goes to bed at 9 and so I have to go as well. However, I am not tired so I will read my Kindle for a few hours. I LOVED Pillars of the Earth, Game of Thrones, My sisters keeper, and anything not to hard to think about like an easy read. I am currently reading the Outlander series.

FAVORITE MOVIES I love anything with Mark Wahlberg. My favorite movie is Elf I could watch that year round. It cracks me up. My favorite are Action, Comedy and especially Drama.

FAVORITE CRAFTS Scrapbooking is my #1 craft. I have a Cricut Explore and it has taken it to an all new level. So now I do items with Vinyl as well.

Whoa you travel quite a lot and move a fair amount too ;) I LOVE the swap that you sent me! The letter you wrote about your trip to the WWII sites in France is AMAZING! My father in law's entire family was lost at Auschwitz. His parents and brother were the only ones who got out of Poland before the Germans came in. My husband and I own a traveling WWII museum which we take around NY/NJ/PA to schools and various events to teach people that there was also a healing side to the war.. our main display is a complete, full sized WWII Army Field hospital. With that all said (whew!) I'd love to know if you would consider being penpals? Sounds like we have some things in common! I grew up in Aspen Colorado in the heart of the Rockies. I am an outdoors person - take the family hiking, camping and trekking as often as I can! I now live in NJ. Little known fact.. NJ is more rural than city and we have beaches, mountains and lots of forests :) Let me know if you would like a new penpal! Happy Swapping!!
