You can see a little bit about me on my blog...I'm a librarian, mother of daughters, I knit, sew, learning to crochet and I am a houseplant junkie b/c I no longer have space to garden. I'm NOT! 51, divorced and feeling like letting myself explore creatively.
I live by music - all kinds of music, not often I find something that I don't like and recently I'm learning more and more things that I didn't know I liked - like, big band, blues, oh yes! blues, jazz, and of course all the stuff I did know I liked, classic rock and roll, lots of country, ummmm bluegrass! and always classical.
My favorite book of all time is Krystn Lavrensdatter...I also love Dostoyevsky. I'd like to explore more poetry and I'm forever reading self-help and inspirational books....no particular religion but deeply spiritual.
I've been asked to add a little bit more about me - I never realized how hard it is to talk about me! (which is probably a big clue about things I'd enjoy recieving!). I love chocolate, I drink a variety of tea, I rarely watch TV, I love scented things like candles, oils to burn, bath oils. I love handmade things and would be thrilled with anything at all I'm sure. I collect blue glass, I don't even mind if it's "valuable". I don't wear much jewelry (b/c I don't have much!) and would love having some easily made necklaces or pins. This is feeling a little silly to me :) Make, or find, or buy something you love and I'm sure I'll love it too! I know I will.
