I ALWAYS send the mails or stuffs, so if you don't receive something from me, please PM me to make it sure.

For e-mails, sometimes it is in the spam box, so make sure to check your spam and if you still don't see it, ask me, maybe some errors happened.

For letters, it is usually sent except if your address is incomplete or if you move from your house and haven't updated your address. Or... lost in the way? My pen pal had ever sent me a letter and I had never received it...

For stuffs, since there will be a censoring in my country, so please ask if you haven't received my stuff. Who knows that the censoring take a long time or something happens in the middle of it. (Some cases of lost items or items not qualified to be sent have ever been reported, it's so sad...)

Oh, and I want to say that I always rate someone right after I receive their stuffs. And if I haven't rated more than 2 weeks, please ask me and maybe your stuffs aren't sent here... :(

Okay, about things I am allergic with... I think none. But please don't send me items with the scent of cigarette. I couldn't stand the scent.
