I also teach art 2 hours a week (Monday mornings) to adults with mental illness. I love the people. They are so friendly, accepting and have no hidden agendas or backbiting.
I'm glad you didn't let one nasty person turn you off this site. Maybe she was having a bad day, or is just over picky or something. You know, the type who think their poop doesn't stink. ;)
I hope we get to swap with other one day. You sound like a lovely, sincere person. I can't promise no cat hairs in my swaps! Especially when I use sticky tape. It is like a magnet to cat hair!
Hi don't leave because of one nasty person your work is lovely and l know its not dirty you wrapped up the cards so careful so they don't get broken she is just full of herself and l think l ban her from any of my swaps because l do not like people like that and l am very easy person. If it was not for the very late hour, I would have even found you a very inappropriate gif image with someone jumping on someone else to give him a HUGE hug... but my eyes are about to commit suicide so I will simply make a joke about it ;). I have spent the last 8 hours uploading pictures of postcards to google+. It is such a bad, user unfriendly user application! :P I don't even have that many postcards haha. I have been here since 2006 and in all that time I've never started a do not swap with, file, but tonight I have started one and the swapper who gave you a 3 for dirty items is on my list... She isn't in any of my groups, but if she shows up in one, I'll be out of there too... may warmth and caring follow you where ever you go...
I don't think you should leave because of one incident. Stay strong and just continue. Clearly you have so many who like your swaps and like swapping with you.
