I am a Canberra girl, mum of 2 little boys. I love design, colour and pattern. My interests are in Fashion and Interior design. I enjoy modern and clean aesthetics.

I'm quite passionate about my home town and I write a blog showcasing what I love in it - www.canberrasgotstyle.blogspot.com this is how I spend most of my time and love to meet new creative designers and crafters.

I have studied Interior design and have been fortunate enough to be given a free reign (by my husband!) to decorate my home as I wish... my style is bold, Mod and whimsical - with generous doses of colour, pattern and fun. I make and DIY as much as I can, because I love doing it.

I have a chair addiction - I cant help myself if I see a bargain chair that I absolutely love - I feel the need to rescue it/ re-upholster it or just appreciate it.

I make things:

Handbags: too many for a girl to keep for herself.

Cushions: so many cushions.

Clothes: from scratch or re-fashioned but only for myself.

My favourite colours are RED, taupe, white, orange, pink.

I collect rubber ducks by Bud Design - I have about 20 of them lined up in our play room. I also adore the Posh Pigs they do. I love quirky, cute and clever design.

I've a bit of a diva and love my fashion and accessories.

Things I dont like very much: Scrapbooking (cant stand it I call it crap-booking); Beauty products and perfume; Lacy and flowery craft; Potpurri; Candles and soaps; Cats; Most quilting fabrics (with the noteable exception of Amy Butler designs and the like)

Foods: I am an adventurous eater and am happy to try anything once. I LOVE coffee and chocolate and I have a terrible sweet tooth. There is nothing I dislike intensely, and I have no allergies. (although I tried dried Goji berries once - 'orrible tasted like ear wax).
