I love just about any kind of craft. I've been doing the with my Mom since I was a kid. I like to knit, crochet, quilt, weave, embroidery, altered art, collages, altered books, book making, junque journals, jewelry making, and my newest love ATC's.

I'm a paper addict and I don't even scrapbook! :o)

My husband and I are major book junkies! We turned our double car garage into a family room/ family library. We have floor to ceiling book shelves on one wall (22 ft X 10 ft). Plus 7 other bookshelves throughout the room. That doesn't count the rest throughout the house.

We still have a teen age son and daughter at home. So we tend to read a lot of teen/youth books so we can discuss them as a family. So a lot of my choices are from this category. I also have a love for Classic literature.

Mandy by Julie Andrews Edwards, Inkheart Trilogy by Cornelia Funke, Enders Game series (both of them) by Orson Scott Card, Silas Marner by George Eliot, Anything by Jane Austen, Louisa May Alcott and Margret Sidney. Dragon Riders of Pern books by Anne McCaffrey and her son Todd. Redwall Series by Brian Jacques. More fun series are Harry Potter, Charlie Bone, Fablehaven series, Artemis Fowl Series, Seventh Tower Seris, and the Once Upon a Time series. Times Last Gift, The Wednesday Letters, The Blue Sword and Hero and the Crown by Robin McKinley, and much much more.

So many books, so little time!

I am a happily married (28 years) mother of 6 kids. I am also Nanna to 5 beautiful grand children. I'm interested in art, reading, herbs and stuff with my family.

My hubby is a major Star Trek, sci-fi junky.

I've lived in Utah, California, Florida, Scotland, Maine, Montana and we are now on the Colorado/Utah border. We love to travel and see new places.

When I'm tired I like to hang out at pogo.com and play senseless games. You can find me there under the name mysillesix!

I am VERY allergic to cat and dog hair! So please do no include those. :o)

I love to eat sushi, dim sum, pasta, carmels, salads, french fries, grapes, pecans, mushrooms, Mexican food and just about anything and everything else that is yummy!

I'm not a big TV watcher. We live in the middle of no-where USA so I refuse to pay 50 bucks a month to get service.

We use a wonderful service called Netflix for $9.00 a month. So mostly we watch a lot of movies! I did my movie section but it got deleted by accident. So i will try to add that again soon.

Some favorite tv from there is MASH, Bones, Dr. Who (most BBC stuff).
