Thank you so much for your kind words. My surgery was 11 days ago and so far, so good. :) Still on heavy pain meds, but I'm doing ok. In a couple of months, I will have the right foot done. I have a knee scooter to get around on although the crutches are useful to get up and down my porch steps. That knee scooter is a blessing! It's funny, though...I can't do a lot of chores, but now, it's like I WANT to do them! ha!
