Are you into any particular fabric type for quilts? jelly rolls? layer cake? FQ's? yardage? Do you need fabric? don't want to get you anything you don't need, or more so want :-)

Reading through your profile I notice we share a lot of loves. :) (And dislikes, funnily enough.) I even watched True Blood when we had series 1 over here. I think the only thing that I don't love on your list is coffee!... And even then I'm not completely averse to it. (I don't like the taste, but I love the smell when it is freshly brewed/brewing. It's a bit of a tease!)
I would love to learn to sew and quilt someday. It's a lovely craft. I also love the idea of swapping aprons and totes!

Hi, yes I enjoyed reading "The Help" by Kathryn Stockett, I thought it would be just an average book but turned out to be better than I thought haha. Have you read it?
I am your partner for the Read my profile and post a comment swap. First I would like to say I am so jealous of the area you live in. My husband and I live about 2 hours from there and we visit your area and surrounding areas as much as we can. We love the area so much that each May we and about 7 others friends take a "Friends Weekend" to hike and do a lot of photography from the area you live all the way to Dillsboro. I can't wait till we make the trip again. Are there any hidden gems of places we should visit that we may not know about?
So you like to sew and quilt......what type of quilts do you make? I also quilt but I am very slow at it. I completed my very 1st all hand stitched quilt and I thought I would never get it done. It was my first and my last doing it that way. I admire anyone who has the patience to complete a all hand stitched quilt. In a couple more months I will have a quilt top finished for my sister and it is going to a friend who has a quilting machine to get finished (lol).
As I was reading your profile I realized it has been a very long time since I have made a apron. I think your profile inspired me to pull out the patterns and make one. If you are like me you have fabric everywhere and aprons take very little.
