I'm a simple girl, with simple mind. I consider myself as a happy and optimistic person, I also love to share my happy thoughts with others, and I tend to keep the negative feelings to myself. I'm a shy person, I dont usually start a conversation with others. I always carry a smile on my face. I'm constantly looking for ways to improve myself, physically or mentally. It's just like sharks, you'll sink when you stop swimming.

I used to be a mad scientist who worked VERY long hours in lab studying tiny bacteria. I was working on bacterial genetics, not really cutting-edge science haha. I enjoyed my work alot, but later I realised that I need a time-off from this busy life, and learn to cherish my family and the lives around me. So now, I'm just doing some freelance teaching, writing up my thesis, and thinking who I want to be and what I want to do from now on.

I am a resposible swapper and I try to send out my mail before the deadline. I will click the "sent" button once the package is out of my hand (i.e. in the post box or in post office) but I cannot control the date they collet the mail and send it to the main post outlet in another area, so dont be surprise if the post mark is one or two days late.

If I cant make it for the deadline, I ALWAYS inform my partners first becoz I dont want to give them a bad impression. Likewise, if you r late in sending your mail, or you havent receive my mail, or you dont like what I sent, pls communicate with me before you rate. I've seen many scary comments in other swappers' profiles, and that's the last thing I want to see in mine. I think SB is a great place to make friends and have fun, let's not turn it into a living hell ;-)

⇒ Anything that will spoil or melt under high temperature (the weather in Malaysia can be very very hot at times);

⇒ Soft pink (I only like hot pink and deep pink, unless you mean the colour of lipgloss haha) & all shades of green;

⇒ Chai tea (or any other tea with spice), rooibos tea, white tea and any hibiscus-based tea; loose tea (which might be spoilt by the hot & humid climate here); English Breakfast tea or any plain black tea;

⇒ Things for children (I dont know what to do with them!!);

⇒ Hello Kitty & Barbie & any "girlie" stuff (those are a little off-limit for my taste, but I'm ok with other kawaii things);

⇒ Things with polka dots design (unless the dots are in multicolour and/or in different sizes);

⇒ Dotee dolls (I got nightmares after receiving a dotee doll in one of the swaps, scary!!).

♪ Any cute and fun McDonald's merchandise e.g. the cell phone straps with different McD food;

♪ Sugar-free mints (the stronger, the better hehe);

♪ Fashion scarves (I got addicted to wearing these lately haha);

♪ Any Starbucks' merchandise esp. their drinks;

♪ Suggestions on cool apps or useful tips for iPad2;

♪ A trendy and yet protective pouch for my iPad2 (I actually prefer something handmade for this coz I love things with personality);

♪ Relaxing nature CDs (with nature sounds like the ocean or rain or rainforest etc) or anything you think it is good for meditation - compilation CDs are welcomed;

♪ Sudoku book (I'm going to finish this book so wanting another one hehe);

♪ Anything featuring cute owls and penguins;

♪ Keychains with Lego figurine.

...am having too much fun with my iPad2 haha ;-D

...permed my hair - it's super curly now ;-D

...learnt that not all scars show, and not all wounds heal.

...stocked up supplies of Starbucks' VIA coffee - YES they are finally available in Malaysia now!!

...am still recovering from a bad relationship - gosh it takes forever to forget about the pain :-(
