Thanks for the nice words. I was super angry when I wrote it and I'm still super angry that I put all the time and effort into it and she is not willing to budge. I realized after I posted that I shouldn't have because people are just looking to add their own piece of mind without understanding the situation. I almost want to give up on SB. :(
