I'm a mother to 7 beautiful smart and wonderful kids his, mine and ours.

I love to bake, design and decorate cakes mostly for friends and family though I was a cake decorating instructor at Hobby Lobby. I also am passionate about paper crafts, stamping, scrapbooking, mixedmedia, photography, and creating beautiful works of art. I have a studio at home and it is my happy place! I enjoy hiking, kayaking, but my favorite place is in the water. Under a pounding waterfall or jumping waves at the ocean are my heaven on earth. My son used to think I was a Mermaid and I didn’t deny it!

Today I'm listening to Milky Chance on Spotify , but 9 times out of 10 I'm all about Dave Matthew's Band! I also enjoy Jack Johnson, The Revivalist, OAR, Twenty one pilots, Red Hot Chili Peppers. Honestly I enjoy most music and can enjoy Classical, Reggae, Country, Hip Hop and most genres of music. I like to play the same music over and over save the songs that I like to my playlist and shuffle through that selection.

I have not read a whole book since I got my iphone. I am seriously more interested in finding something cool on Pinterest or YouTube and creating it than curling up with a book right now. I would like to get back into journaling on a regular basis.

I would have liked to see the newest Hunger Games, Star Wars and Divergent movies, but the weather has been too nice to veg out that long! Still haven’t seen those movies, but I recommend Shutter Island with Leonardo DeCaprio it was really good!

We are currently enjoying or waiting for new episodes of The Walking Dead, Fear the Walking Dead, Orange is the new Black, Blacklist, Longmire, Call Saul, Bates Motel, Greys Anatomy and Shameless. I don't really turn the TV on for myself unless I’m watching YouTube while I'm folding laundry. But my partner is a couch potato so we do enjoy some series together. If the TV is on in my house it's usually for the kids or Him. I rather play in my studio!

I am really enjoying collecting and drinking tea again. My favorites are Chai ,Good Earth Sweet & Spicy and most caffeinated tea especially flavored black tea, citrus or berry teas, dessert teas like Stawberries and Cream or Sugar Cookie and green tea and teas unique to your country. My girls and I have tea tastings and make up an assortment of different teas to sample and rate. I usually steep my tea in a little pot that makes about 2 cups so if you want feel free to send 2 bags of the same tea and I'll drink it all day!
