I'm day dreamer, star gazer, well wisher, and free with whimsy.
I'm currently in a life transition that's exciting and challenging. My hubby and I moved from NY to KY where I stepped into a new vocation as Assistant Pastor. Although I have a heart for special needs folks who I worked with for 9 years, I've taken a mental break from casework. I'm a huge advocate for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and believe that all things should be accessible for all people. I have a side job at a local craft store where I get "all the deals!" I have a 13 years old tortoiseshell cat named Natalie, aka, Natty Cat or Old Lady Cat. She's the fuzz!
Most of all, I'm completely, unapologetic-ally ME!
It's not uncommon for me to spontaneously take off and drive. I love day trips to cutesy little villages, markets, and state parks. Hiking and exploring waterfalls is my new craze. I crave the unique and different life brings.
I enjoy spring showers, summer nights, autumn bonfires, and moonlit snowfall. I find comfort in nature, oddities, and the hilarity life brings. I love making the old new again!
I fancy good coffee, crunchy bagels, hot tea, dark chocolate, and extra sharp cheese.
I enjoy country, vintage, and retro styles. I love pin-up hair, bright red lip stick, and heels. Okay, in reality, comfortable flats. LOL
