I am a wife and mother of three - 2 boys, ages 14 and 11; and a girl, age 7. I am a stay at home mom and now that my youngest is in school, I am so excited to have time for myself! I enjoy being creative, planning/organizing, challenges-figuring stuff out, spending time with my kids, and reading.

Contemporary Christian - love to have my K-Love on, praising God makes my day brighter.

I'm not really into tv, I occasionally watch movies, but I would rather read books.

Favorite crafts... hmm, this is a hard one, I like so many! Right now I love to build things with wood (hope that's considered a craft...). I build mostly doll furniture, but I promised my hubby I'd build an entryway shoe bench for our front door this summer to match our living room tables that I built last summer. (Should have never stumbled upon Ana White's website, there are a ton of things I want to make, I just haven't had the time!)

Most of the crafty things I'm into currently center around American Girl dolls. My daughter received her first this past Christmas and I am enjoying creating all sorts of things out of fabric, paper, foam, clay, wood, repurposed household items, etc.

You name it, I've probably tried it, and liked it, even if I haven't had the chance or the materials to do it again. But as for stamping, scrapbooking, and jewelry making - tried them, they are ok for a night out with the girls, but not really my thing.

I would love to make a landscape quilt (or whatever it is they call wall quilts that look like paintings). I started once, never finished.

My favorite color is creamy yellow, something about it just makes me happy. I also like shades of aqua/turquoise, lavender/purple, pinks, burnt/rusty oranges, browns, sage green, black/white/grey... and the list could go on. For doll clothes though, better mention that my daughter is into bright colors-purple, pink, turquoise, lime green, etc.
