****I just started my first week of my last semester of college a couple of weeks ago, and I really should have been more careful in scheduling when my swaps are due. So far, the real problem is making it to the post office on time. If I will be late in sending your swaps, I will message you.****
Texas girl, born and raised. I am a photographer currently attending college for women's and gender studies. Ultimately I'd like to make photographs with a purpose - something that will change our world for the better. Working on becoming fluent in Arabic and graduating spring of 2009, so I'm busy as a bee.

If you can find Tim Tams (I think they are Australian) I'll be your best friend until the end of time. I've recently learned that Penguins (UK) are just as amazing. I would gladly welcome any Penguins you happen to send along...
I'd love to receive anything (seriously!), especially if it was hand made or unique to your area. I admire creativity and effort. Don't be afraid that you will offend! Go crazy and have fun!
I'm not really into dolls, fragrances, or cartoons. Heck, I don't really watch TV that much. Not a big fan of the color brown. No coffee, either.
No allergies here, but be advised that things I send will come from a home with both cats and a dog. I promise not to let them lick your things before I send them. :)
What a question to ask a former librarian....
The Awakening (Chopin), Their Eyes Were Watching God (Hurston), Harry Potter!, The House on Mango Street (Cisneros)
How about favorite authors?
David Sedaris, David Rakoff, Barbara Kingsolver, JD Salinger, Charlotte Perkins Gilman, Ken Kesey
I love feminist writers and non-fiction. Not that into romance, sci-fi, or 'chick lit.'
stamping, crocheting, scrapbooking, cardmaking, photography
I've also broken pretty much every sewing machine I've ever touched.

Love the magnets! Thanks so much!
I don't know how I missed your comment about the Tree Brains. There's one other Sneezer around Swap-Bot (she commented on my profile, too). I play theoretical cigar box banjo and occasional theoretical jug. Viva la Tree Brains! I only wish Steve would update already.
Take it easy!

Thinking of your Mom and you. I've been searching for Tim Tams several months now. I went to the website, after I could not find them at World Market. Well they do carry them there. In the US they are sold as ARNOTT'S at World Market. I purchased the caramel, they are delis. If you can't find them in Texas let me know I will be happy to send ya some.

Thanks for the art journal invitation. I think I will have to pass for now. I'll be moving across the country soon, and have put swapping on the back burner for a bit.
