About Me

I am a 44 year old single mother of a grown son in the US Army in Iraq, which is the most important person in my life. I am a big animal lover. I have many pets which I have lost in my life. I volunteer at a winery some saturdays.It is a lot of fun watching people enjoy the festivals. Most of my down time is doing crafts. Friends are very important to me so I make sure to set aside at least one day a week for a "all about friends day". I work full time and have lived in South Carolina most of my life. I am going through the empty nest phase and I am trying to find ways to keep myself busy.

Favorite Things

I love plants and have a green thumb. I enjoy buying things for my house more than for myself. I like picture frames crafts, candles, buttons, brads and all seasonal items. My favorite color is "Pink". I love any thing in PINK. I also like greens, blues and yellows. I enjoy handmade items. Some of my favorite are items were made by my son when he was in elementary school. I also like modern and abstract art. Anything different. I collect foreign money. I LOVE coins from different coutries to see how they look.

Favorite Television

I watch a lot of TV and some of my favorites are Charmed, Angel, all CSI (of course) and moonlite...I don't really like any reality TV shows. Lifetime and Oxygen are probably my favorite channels.

Favorite Movies

I love all kinds of movies and sci-fi is my favorite. I have a large collection of movies......The one I probably watch over and over again is Elizabeth and Children of Dune. My movies consist of anything from Love, horror, comedy, well just about every kind of movie there is.
