Hi, I'm Jamie. I'm 19 and a college freshman at the University of California, San Diego. I'm not sure what my major is going to be but I want to get into politics and study the biological sciences. I enjoy watching "cult" films, yoga, backpacking, photography, and reading. My favorite author is Ayn Rand and I highly recommend any works of hers. I also enjoy cooking/baking. I am the designated dessert baker of the family and I must say I make an awesome cheesecake. I love getting new recipes to try. I have plenty of fantastic recipes to share too.

I love writing but I don't have a chance to do it enough unfortunately. I love zines and have made one before. I enjoy sewing (even though I'm not so good at it) and have made pretty cute tote bags and aprons. I really want to make simple, vintage looking aprons in the future :) My whole family (or the women anyway) are very into scrapbboking and nearly every tool, die cut, or printed paper imaginable. I enjoy using all my left over scraps to make cards for birthdays and such.
