I am new to swap-bot, but very excited to meet interesting creative people.

​I have two boys. Parker is 5 (BD 07-22-09) and Landon almost 2 (BD 04-24-2013). They are both bundles of energy and the center of my world.

I married my high school sweet heart we have been married for 7 years, but have been together for 15 years (half of my life now).

I began scrapbooking when Parker was a baby. Most of my time scrapbooking is still focused on layouts about the boys, but I would like to go back and create pages about my husband and myself before kids and our history together.

We live just outside the city limits and we have a few laying hens. We raise rabbits for meat. We have a small garden. We like the idea of knowing where our food comes from and that the animals are well cared for. We are working on building up our garden. Each year we slowly take on a little more, but we are still "entry level" homesteaders. My husband and I both love to cook, but since the boys came along my husband does the majority of the cooking especially on the week nights because he gets home earlier than I do.

I work as a graphic designer. I create illustrations and prints that go on baby products and packaging for baby products. I love my jobs, but almost everything I do at work is completely digital, so may favorite part of scrapbooking or other crafting is the handling of physical materials. I having an ever growing collection of papers and materials because I love them so much.

• Patterned Papers
• Color. I tend towards greens, blues, silver and white, but like most colors at least some of the time. Landon's favorite color at the moment is yellow. Parker favorite color is "all of them."
• Buttons, especially unusual buttons.
• Washi Tape - I do not have many would love to get some samples.
• Fairies
• Vintage imagery
• Birdcages
• Cute Robots
• ATCs...I'm am new to this but very excited to begin trading and seeing others creations!
• Interesting embellishments that could go on cards or scrapbook. I like feminine stuff, but also love more neutral or young boy items that work for my boys pages.

Not a huge fan of pink or gold, but occasionally they are okay. Do not like gory things.

I like many fantasy and mystery books. Some of my favorites are: Harry Potter, C.S Lewis, 39 Clues, Janet Evanovich books, Wrinkle in Time Series, Tolkien, The Cat Who... Series. Winnie the Pooh.

Currently reading: Percy Jackson series.

Pride and Prejudice (the 1995 version with Colin Firth and Jennifer Ehle). Other favorites: Sense and Sensibility, Ratatouille, Stranger than Fiction, Gone with the Wind, Monsters, Inc.
