Hello everyone. My name is Heather and I love all things sparkly and red!
I am from Portland, Oregon. I am very proud of my city and all that it offers, especially our nba team-GO Blazers!
I am 28 years old and am excited that I discovered Swapping! I am just now getting into being crafty and think this will be a wonderful outlet to share all my goodies.
I am a receptionist at a very busy veterinary hospital. It is such a fun job getting to see doggies and kitties all day. I spend most of my free time with my family. I have two wonderful nephews that can always make me laugh. I have no children, just two cats that I adopted from my work. I try to be good and work out but it is always a struggle. I love Zumba and recommend everyone try it at least once. Definately a fun way to exercise.
I just bought my first sewing machine! I hope to make lots of little quilted things with it and other things to use all the wonderful fabric out there. I have an obsession with buttons. I have hundreds if not thousands of buttons and am always looking for more. Better yet, I am always looking for new craft ideas for buttons. I also enjoy doing things on canvas, be it a collage with papers or fabric. I just started making yarn wreaths- love them! Thanks to Swap-bot I have a reason to make cards now which I am really enjoying. cards are such a quick fun craft.
I find most of my craft inspiration from Pinterest- please look at all my pins!
Bon Jovi, Green Day and Newsies are my favorites. But I love it all. Britney Spears to Garth Brooks are all on my iPod and I know every word to it all. I am a TRUE music lover and that includes musicals
Private Practice, Smash, Parenthood, Its a Brad Brad World, Interior Therapy with Jeff Lewis, American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance... most reality shows that follow famous people and anything on Bravo.
