My USPS Processing Center

My Processing center was ranked worst in the country. Yeah me!! But, don't take my word for it, here is the news story.

Please, please contact me if you do not receive a swap from me.

Also, it is not unusual for mail to take a few days more to get to me. Sometime a week or more. If you feel that I should have gotten the swap and haven't rated you, please contact me.

Outdoors

I sit at a desk all week so I like to get out on the weekends. I like to walk on trails and I love water. I like to go tent camping so any tips or tricks on that account are always welcome. I own a motorcycle and a kayak. I am into recreational kayak, not whitewater. A little whitewater is always fun though. :-)

Postcards

I love history and architecture so anything with cool buildings or homes, any postcard about historic sites, and, of course, nature/water themes. I am very easy to please. I just look forward to getting something in the mail box. (You know that postcard that you have no idea who you could possibly send it too?... yeah, send that one.)

Tea

I have started participating in some tea swaps so I thought I would add my preferences. Basically, I like any type of tea to include all of the herbals and medicinal mixes. I make my own kombucha so go ahead and send me the plain ol' black, grean, white or oolong teas. My favorites are chai and Earl Grey teas. I am not so fond of vanilla flavors in my tea but I have family members who do like vanilla. I know, I am just so picky. :-P

Favorite Television

I enjoy Science Fiction shows. I love all of the Star Trek series. I also like the Stargate series. I am piping hot that They cancelled Firefly. I like just about all of the tv shows on the SyFy channel except Battlestar Galactica. I don't know why, but I never got into the new one. I enjoyed the one that came out when I was a kid. Yes, I'm that old.

I also like British shows. I absolutely fell in love with the show Coupling. I wish it was still on.

Comment: Letter was not hand written, generic print out made me sad :( But enjoyed the tea assortment :) Though I was not sad for very long :) I am thankful to have gotten it so quickly :)
Response: My handwriting is not good so I type anything I can. As such I carefully read the requirement regarding typing vs writing. A hand written letter, or a letter of any type, was not a requirement for this swap. I am glad that you enjoyed the tea selection. I had to search a bit to find three teas that did not contain black tea since your profile states that you do not like black tea even though the swap was not profile based. I hope you didn't stay sad long. :)
