I'm not sure, they're sold as individual pens at the fabric store. I would assume they are permanent and you can probably heat set them with an iron.

Hey, I'm with you on being a mommy and not having a lot of time to do art but loving it when I can. Thank you so much for the Jan. AND Feb. wishlist items!! The bookstore story looks great, it's more specific than most of what I get from people and that's more interesting. If you have any other anecdotes about specific events, send me more! I know, I'm so greedy. And I loved the vintage wrapping paper scraps, especially that green one with the scrolly pictures. Neato!
